satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your session — no questions
asked.
How It Works
- All sessions are performed live so you can see the results in real-time
- We provide before/after benchmarks to verify performance improvements
- If you're not happy with the results, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send a message on our Discord or email [email protected]
- Include your booking confirmation or Discord username
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method
Lifetime Support
Every package includes lifetime support. If you experience issues after your session, we'll help you
resolve them at no additional cost. Just reach out on Discord.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued if:
- The request is made more than 24 hours after the session
- The session was disrupted due to client-side issues (e.g., unstable internet, client disconnected)
- Hardware damage occurred due to pre-existing conditions unrelated to our service
